我住的是403房，是最高一层。房子没有电梯的，行李要提上去。屋里的装修有点旧，里面有6张床(我本来以为是相片那种榻榻米，原来不是)，夏天阳光照射了房子后会很热，冷气好像供应不足，晚上就好一点。清洁方面好像做得不太好，窗台还有很多灰尘。另外要备注一下的，热水器开关是在洗衣机旁边，我们第一天晚上不知道，每个人都要冲冷水澡。房间从进门到离开都是自助形式，只有房东来收房租钱的时候才会出现。附近就只有一家吃牛肉的餐厅，出品不错的，不过要提前一天订位。附近也有便利店的。房租还便宜，适合集体生活的朋友。

The staff they just can speak Japanese,no English,and if you want to stay here you must rent a car,because it is far away from downtown.But the facilities are very good(oven,microwave,refrigerator.tv.washing machine...etc)you can enjoy it when you stay here.

優點是屋內空間真的很大~ 缺點則有以下： 1.資訊傳達不佳 訂房後，沒有收到任何相關e-mail， 因此，並不知道需要事先聯絡check in時間， 更不用說房間密碼，根本不知道有這回事。 因此，我們21:00抵達民宿，管理室沒人(沒有在使用)， 我們根本無法入住！ 後來還是自己打國際電話，聯絡屋主，屋主才趕來。 屋主趕來之後，因為雙方語言不通，還是我們透過語音通話， 請日本朋友幫忙翻譯，才成功入住。否則，這天晚上住哪裡都不曉得。 但，不是每個人都有日本朋友啊!!! 2.屋主態度不佳 屋主抵達住所後，並未表達歉意，甚至充滿著「我們給他們添麻煩」的感覺 一直反覆問我們「房間密碼呢？」。 但我們就是沒有收到e-mail！ 3.擅自更改房間，還沒熱水 我們預訂的房間是4樓的景觀房， 屋主來的時候，我們用手機打開hotels.com的訂單 表示我們的房間在4樓，但屋主卻執意帶我們到一樓的房間。 用4樓的價格預定景觀房，卻擅自更動我們的房間， 住在1樓，根本沒有任何景觀！ 更誇張的是，並未幫我們開通熱水。 浴室裡面完全沒有熱水！ 入住期間時逢寒流，水冷到讓我們都沒有辦法洗澡！ 綜合以上 房間本身很大，很不錯 但屋主態度與聯繫跟溝通方面，實在有待加強！讓人很不愉快！

房內看到海景和星星

住了2天都沒有見過職員,房內的wifi 機無法使用, 但房間十分大,是一個住宿單位, 很乾淨整潔, 廚房用具很多亦很乾淨, 洗手間有洗衣機和洗衣粉十分好! 露台很大還有曬衣架,但塌塌米太硬了｡ 唯一不好的就是一定要跟屋主預約, 他只有留日本電話號碼在門外 因為我們沒有屋主email, 沒有日本電話卡, 所以差點無法入住... 幸好遇到路人幫忙打電話聯絡.....

這間應該算是民宿，入住前會收到房間號碼與密碼，房門為密碼鎖，所以可以直接入住，老闆則會另外到房間來收住宿費用(我們選擇的是當地付款) 是一間公寓，很滿意，適合想要體驗日本當地生活的旅客入住，也適合一家人一同入住 附近就有一個海灘，看起來是當地社區的人才會去，所以人很少，海很美 附近也有便利商店，整體來說很方便

해변에서 가깝고 객실 상태 완전 좋음

걸어서 3분 거리에 해변이 있고 리조트 입구에 샤워기가 있어서 모래를 털고 들어가기 좋아요. 리조트 주변에는 식당 등을 찾아보기 힘들지만 근처에 편의점이 있고 도로도 잘 되어있어 다니는데 불편이 없어요. 주변에 길역휴게소가 있고 만좌모도 가까이 있어요. 객실안에 많은 것들이 준비되어있어 불편함이 앖어요. 드라이기. 수건. 일회용품. 샴푸. 바디워시. 오븐. 전기렌지. 각종 식기류. 전기포트 등등 구비되어있고 냉장고도 있어요.

舒適的住宿點

客房很乾淨，很大也很舒適，有冰箱、微波爐、鍋具等，廚房用品皆齊全，自己開伙不是問題。雖然較偏僻但附近也有不少住家，且附近有lawson和居酒屋，臨時要補給和用餐不用擔心沒地方。熱水很熱水量很大，停車場很好停。陽台很大，主人準備滿多衣架，可曬不少衣服（且也有洗衣粉）。位處中北，到水族館很方便大概1小時或不到1小時；到萬座毛只要10分鐘。是間CP值很高的住宿點。

2LDKで普通に生活出来る設備が備わっています。電子レンジ、トースターなどがあり自炊出来ます。掃除機、洗濯機はありますが乾燥機はなし。客室の清掃は有料でタオル交換はありません。徒歩圏内にコンビニ1軒、居酒屋2軒、ビーチもすぐそばです。駐車場が少し離れた場所にあります。

歩いてすぐビーチのロケーション♡

外観は普通のマンション。国道58号線からすぐなので、迷わす着きました。 お部屋は広々としていて清潔にお掃除されており、キッチンもあります。スーパーで食材を購入して調理したり、近くのお店でご飯したり気ままに過ごせます。(スーパーは車で約20分ほどです) そしてなんといっても、お部屋から歩いて２分くらいでビーチ!!!!!!!!人も少なくてゆっくり過ごすには最高の場所です。 こちらの確認不足で何度か管理人様をお騒がせしてしまいましたが、丁寧に対応して頂いて感謝しております！また是非利用したいです。

我們在這邊住了三個晚上，很棒的住宿經驗，有兩個房間，很適合家庭旅遊，小孩睡在塌塌米上也很安全，有廚房、小烤箱、微波爐等簡單的設備，一些簡單的餐具也都有，整體來說真的很不錯。附近是沖繩鄉間，走一下下就可以到鄰近的沙灘，景色非常優美。 不過要注意的是，他沒有櫃台接待人員，前一天要事先撥打電話給他們確認check in 的時間，他們會先給你一組pin碼(房間密碼)，有先約好他們就會有人員接待，否則就先用pin碼入住隔天再辦手續。 總之我們很喜歡這邊，若下次來沖繩會考慮再住這邊！

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir sind vom freundlichen Vermieterteam an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und gründlich eingewiesen worden. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an einer Bushaltestelle mit Lawson-Supermarkt und nur 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Dort hatten wir den Strand praktisch für uns, auch wenn wir ihn wegen der großen Hitze nur am Morgen und am Abend nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig (für 5 Personen) und enthält alles Notwendige. Afuso ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen im Norden. Der Bus kommt allerdings nicht pünktlich. Ich rate zum Taxi, das letztlich für Familien nicht teurer ist als der Bus.

整體可以接受。但有2點要注意。check in 要跟他們聯絡幾點check in..沒聯絡只會明天早上辦理手續。入房只需要pin碼。第2點是最難頂。2間房。都只有室內1個空調。一直開是夠的。但有一間房間早上7 ，8點會讓陽光射得你沒法睡。但一分價錢一分貨吧。

部屋は綺麗にしてありましたが、建物の玄関からロビー、部屋までの通路が汚くて残念。 また、タオル類が連泊にも関わらず、バスタオルとボディタオルが１セットしか置いてなく、こちらも少々残念。 しかし、人の少ないいかにも地元のビーチという感じの海が極近で良かった。 コンビニも近し！　美味しい居酒屋も近し！

有榻榻米的居家公寓，附近是美麗的沙灘（但沒有海景）

安靜的公寓，離沙灘很近。附近有便利商店，但大超市距離很遠。廚房很好用，但問題是冰箱異味有點嚴重，建議還是放些除臭劑改善。恩納村至許田IC之間的海岸是最漂亮的，公寓附近這一段路都有步道，風景令人難忘！

適合一家人同住，洗衣機，廚房鍋具用品都具備，地點距離適中，北上南下大約一個小時路程，此次住了四晚，體驗出遊自理早午晚餐是很好的回憶，停車場後方就有一個很美麗的沙灘，下次來沖繩一定還會來住

清潔で備品も揃っており快適でした。連絡担当の女性の対応も親切でした。また、ビーチにも近く、夏も行きたいと思います。お勧めできる宿で、自分でもまた是非利用したいと思ってます
