広い部屋、親切な対応

立地は駅から5分少々歩いたイオンモールのすぐそば、繁華街ではないので静かです。（イオンモール営業中は駅とイオンモール地下が連絡通路でつながっているので便利） 部屋はツインを利用しましたがよくあるビジネスホテルより広く快適でした。 ホテル備品も快くお貸出いただけました。 フロントでの観光関連の質問には一旦調べてからの回答だったので、観光よりも出張客や会合などの利用が多いのかな？と思いました。 ともあれ概ね快適でした！

フロントの対応はとても良く、チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ。 隣の部屋か向かいの部屋か、子供がわあわあ泣いていて、結構うるさかったです。建物自体は新しくないから防音に関しては難しいのだと思う。 部屋とユニットバスはリフォームされていて快適でした。

声かけを必要に応じてしてくれたり、皆さん親しみやすい雰囲気でした。 23時代に外出しようとすると、深夜の玄関の施錠時間を案内してくれました。 あと、朝食良かったです。美味しい！ 子供用のは、 子供が好きな物の代表的な料理で、 ワンプレートに盛られていて、豪華でした。 洋食だけど、小うどんがついていたりもして、すごく、良い工夫だとおもいました。 娘は大喜びでした。 大人の洋食は、高級感がありました。 かぼちゃ仕立てのスープからしても、 さすが、ホテルといった味！ 気分も良くなりました。パンが、しっとりした米粉のパンのようでした。おかわりも有りでした。ロールパンとかではなく、ヘルシーな感じで嬉しかったです。 主任さんのような男性スタッフさんが、ゆっくりできましたか？と親しみを持った声かけが 嬉しかったです。 楽しい旅の締めくくりとなりました。 やや不満は、強いていえば、アメニティに化粧水や洗顔料などが無かったことです。

場所的にも静かなところで、また部屋も一人旅でゆっくりとすることができました。予約なしで軽食等ができるレストランがあれば、なおゆったりと宿泊できるのではと思います。

立地はイオンモールや木村屋に近く便利でした。 ホテルはエレベーターは古く見えましたが、お部屋は綺麗で、広く感じました。女性専用アメニティはありません。USB端子が時計の陰に隠れていたため、最初は無いのかと思いました。駐車場は別料金が必要ですが、敷地内で便利でした。 部屋のポットの蓋の開け閉めがスムーズでなかったのですが、すぐに取り替えて頂けました。概ね満足です。

ちょっと残念でした

２部屋の予約でしたが、私たちが宿泊した部屋にはトイレや浴槽内に４〜５本の髪の毛が残留していて非常に不快な思いをしました。ベッド周辺には前泊者のと思われるクリーニングのタグも落ちていた。 更にもう１部屋の冷蔵庫にも飲みかけのコーヒー牛乳がそのままに置いてあり不快を通り越して苦笑いした。 フロントの応対なども丁寧だったのに残念です。
