「The beds in this facility were lumpy, and I stayed there three nights and had to buy my own mattress topper so I could sleep. The only person who tried to help was the lady at the front desk when we first got there. The rooms had sockets that didn’t work, I was told that this facility has just been remodeled. You should get your money back next time start with the beds. I will not stay at that facility ever again.」

「I stayed in this hotel for one week had to change room four times. They had sheets and blankets that had stains on them. I had hair in my bed so that meant that the sheet probably was never changed. I had a clogged tub clogged sink one room that they switched us to the floor was soaking wet.
