Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls.

Giving one star due to unacceptable behavior from the property owner.
We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout.
Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward.
This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests.
