"Upon checking in my son brought in a floaty. I was immediately told floaties were not allowed in the pool prior to anything else. Checked in, got to the room everything was fine. There was a group of guests in the pool screaming & yelling at their kids the entire time, staff did nothing. That same group was across the hall from me.. loved that they were allowed to have floaties, squirt guns, & be very disruptive all hours of the day/night, but we couldn't for some reason. Idk I've stayed here every year for my sons birthday & this year was just not a good vibe. Kind of a disappointing weekend stay & will look for other options in the future. "

"Nice check-in! Room was really cozy and clean. Variety of breakfast items. The only to add is, the hotel should have a dress code for the dining room, it’s not nice eating and seeing people in PJs and barefoot."
