We arrived very late at the property. Too late, to be fair. However, the owners were immediately responsive, accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless. Costa and his wife were very friendly, and made sure anything we needed was covered. Great spot; quiet with beach and tavernas nearby!

Excellent hotel

Enjoyed every minute. A special place in a prime location. Great taste in decoration. Wonderful breakfast.

If you are driving into town from the airport or Athens, follow the sign that says "beach", not the sign that says "center". I stayed two times in Pharae Palace for only one night the first time and two the second time. Both were pleasant stays. This is an upscale hotel. The location looks over the waterfront. Sometimes there are motorcycles zooming up and down the street, to show off, and are very loud if you are sitting outside or have the door open. It was over quickly and it was not a...

This hotel was one of the nicest places to vacation. It's not snobby luxury but very elegant and well run. The staff are very attentive and professional and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. There is a free breakfast buffet for registered guests which is just icing on the cake. There is also a beach area staffed by the hotel. The moment you sit down on their lounge chairs an ice-cold bottle of water is brought out for you free of charge. Parking and wifi are free. Great views of the...

The property is very clean and quiet. Both pool areas were spacious. Good delicious and cocktails were amazing. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff was beyond friendly. The free breakfast was amazing a lot to choose from

Stayed 1 night and LOVED it. Clean, quiet, with amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast was rich and lot of selections, great yogurt, cheese, eggs, salami, breads, etc. The location is stunning, great walks around. The village is on a mountain side, so walks are hikes, which we enjoyed a lot. Views, views, views. Nice locals, little shops on main street. Only regret, that we stayed only 1 night.

From check in to check out our stay was great!!! Efi and George were friendly and helpful. The hotel takes you back to the 1800's. The room was spacious and the colors in the room were very serene. The breakfasts were really nice and Efi presented them with grace. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it was a really nice experience. Thank you again Efi and George for making our stay with you so memorable.

We stayed at four different hotels on this trip. All were good but ASO Kalamata was undeniably the best. They do the little things right that other hotels can't or won't do, such as a corkscrew in the room and your choice of four different pillows to best suit your personal sleep style. Street parking was easy in September either directly in front of the hotel or across the street, and the breakfast was fabulous. Finally, you could really tell each employee was extremely passionate both about...

Architecture/Design: 10/10 (I am an architect, so I am very picky about verdict) Breakfast: 10/10 > authentic and made with love Drinks @ bar: 10/10 > vers good Signature drinks Hiking/Nature: 10/10 Also: silent (only birds), very clean We loved it

Driving through the town we were skepticle about what to find at the Kleopatra Hotel. Even the sign for the hotel is older and could use a facelift. Inside everything was new renovations, clean and the friendliest multi lingual person at the desk. Demitri did a great job getting us settled and recommended the local taverna for dinner which was delicious. They had the best Greek Salad that we had during our 10 days.
