"There was no breakfast. The room was filthy and smelled of smoke, I requested a smoke free room. There was no staff in the office when we checked out in the morning. There was vulgar writing on the wall , dirty floors, a hole in the bed sheet, no light bulb in one of the lights by the bed, the faucet in the bathroom tub dripped continuously, weeds around the facility and visibly not well maintained. This room was probably the worst and dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was room 110. I would have probably left the premises but we came to Columbus for a concert and it was almost midnight when we arrived and we were to tired. "

"The location and decor are perfect! I ent around taking pictures of all of the Ohio memorabilia. The staff was sweet and valet was awesome. Highly recommend"

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"I stayed here for a weekend for conference. Rooms are not really updated, but it clean 5 min walk from conference center. There is definitely not enough plus in the room (had to move nightstand off the wall to find plug between the beds). Also, nowhere to plug laptop at desk to work in the room. Parking was located directly across the street from the hotel, so that was plus (and has in/out privileges). The only thing I did not like was an early check in fee ($25). After driving 5 hours, waiting 3-4 hours to check in was feasible, we just wanted to relax before the first night of activities."

"We came for concert at the Shoe only 25 minute walk, nice to have several restaurants within walking distance, great room only bad thing was floor looked clean but feet ended up filthy just needs mopped. Loved the steamer, blow dryer and refrigerator worked amazing beds were very comfortable. "

"This is a very nice hotel overall. Very nice rooms, my only complaint is the way the bathroom is set up. We had a queen suite and were traveling with myself, my husband and mother in law. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a sliding door with glass, no lock. It has 2 seperate parts. One with bathtub and sink other with camoude and sink. I just wasn't a huge fan of this set up. Would prefer a bathroom with more privacy. Other than that hotel was very nice."
