"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. "The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"The service was excellent. The check in/out process was rather laborious. Many people are “parked” in the lounge until their turn is up. There was an afternoon ensemble in the lobby, while talented, was very loud- not something I would expect in a spa. The baths were wonderful and beautiful in the evening. Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious."
