「This hotel was such a lovely stay! The room was spacious and clean and having the kitchen to cook was a huge plus! Silvia was so kind and helpful and explained everything very well and said we could text her at any time for whatever questions we might have. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!!」

「Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am See und nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer in Bad bei Ankunft nicht geleert und der Kühlschrank hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, aber die Anliegen wurden schnell behoben. Ansonsten alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut」

「The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. 」

Altra nota positiva ma con margini di miglioramento è la colazione, buffet ricco e molto buono」
