This was a perfect stop for us outside of Lake Lugano. The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating when we needed to leave early for a flight setting up a little breakfast for us.

The property is in a nice location. Some spider webs and were found in the room and the bathroom had a spider. The AC never worked and the floor could've used a sweep (there was a nail clipping by the terrace window). Overall facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was nice

Pretty views

The hotel is very cute, there’s a good amount of parking spaces and the lake views are stunning from some rooms. The building itself is a little tired and could use a nice refresh. The reception as a space is a little confusing as is marked with a different hotel name (?) so I thought I was in the wrong place at first. But the staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful with tips and advice. Maybe the most uncomfortable feature of the room was the shower with no glass/door so there was no way of NOT flooding the floor even with a quick shower. Location is very convenient for lake access and the area is just pretty all around. I would go back if I found a good deal and could book a lake view room again.

Owner Lucy and her husband and staff were warm,welcoming and helpful with diner reservations and touring advice. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Suggestion: king beds should have the ability to be made into two beds for friends sharing a room.

Hotel claims to be a 4 star yet it is more of a 1.5 star if that . Pool was dirty , staff have no idea what they are doing and claim the hotel is “changing” to a different one . Rooms are outdated and AC does not work . No restaurants around the area that are worth going to .

Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di settembre, la stanza molto comoda, pulita, con tutto il necessario per renderla accogliente, con vista al lago, stupenda. Hôtel avec vue sur le lac et piscine.

Hôtel idéalement placé, à 5 minutes à pied des plages du lac de Lugano coté italien. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lac cela n’a pas de prix. Chambre 21 en l’occurrence Excellent rapport qualité, prix.
