「the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars.」

「The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros.
