「A beautiful property!!!! Clean rooms and bathroom (with a few toiletries, hairdryer and nice towels), very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The main building has a nice bar. The sauna is open from 4-10 pm, which was a shame as I had intended to use it after my morning walk. As we only stayed one night and I did not realize this till the morning, I was a little disappointed about it (but everything else was fantastic!). The building complex has a very nice bakery, a gift shop...

「I arrived 4 hours before and wanted to drop my lugagge in the hotel to be able to have lunch in the mall. It was extremely hot and my lugagge was heavy to carry around. They just "don't have a service to keep the lugagges". Which I really have never seen before! They offered me the earlier checkin instead for an additional price. I have never seen this in my life, in any hotel, simple hotels and expensive hotels. They all have the service. We cannot all fit in in the checkin time of 15:00 all...

「新穎摩登的酒店，地點在大街旁但安静，步行到市中心大概15min的距離，從房間可看到教堂，附近有地鐵站、餐廳、超市。早餐豐富，飯店後面有B1/2F停車場。Receipt搞烏龍，用email聯絡很快速的回復。」

「Room was clean. Some new facilities but mostly old furniture from previous hotel brand. Carpets marked and stained from where previous furniture was. Shower was dangerous. Burning hot water then ice cold, without moving temperature control. In 6 days I never once managed to shower without being burned. Room temperature was unpleasant, even with provided fan running constantly. Airflow from it barely reached 2 feet away. I wouldn't like to stay there when it was warm outside as room temperature...

「Gute Lage, Innenstadt und weitere Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar」

「Zimmer waren sauber, die Bäder auch, nichts auszusetzen. Leider war unter der Badtür ein Riesenspalt, sodass man im Zimmer alles hörte (und roch), was im Bad passierte. Mitarbeiter nett und freundlich. Schade dass es kein Bügeleisen gab. Parkplatz kostet leider extra und mit 15€/Tag deutlich zu teuer. Frühstück war OK.」

「Overall, a great hotel, and the convenience of being so close to Velites Arena was worth the stay. However, they did not have blackout curtains as advertised, or at least not enough. It seemed they only had 3 panels when it should have been at least 4. Paid for it with my toddler not sleeping as long as he needed to…」
