First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day.
