The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.」

Couldn't call ahead to coordinate a work delivery, phone system was down during the entirety of my stay including internal room to front desk calls, no wake up call service or ability to call housekeeping when they didn't refill the toilet paper.
