Beautiful suites and gorgeous lobby (super cozy). Beds and pillows are very comfortable and even though it’s a bit tight in the suite, you have everything you need (little kitchen and sofa). Loved our stay with very decent breakfast.

All was immaculate, and the staff is 100% amazing with customer service, truly knowing how to value their guest. All from the head of the place down to the house maids and maintenance personel. It was excellent! It has been every time I've stayed there. The rooms are clean, service friendly, getting the deposits back a little bit slow, but it's well worth it.

Staff was extremely pleasant. Room was clean but very dated. Appears they are in midst of updating the property though, so that’s good. Very well lighted and pet-station provided in outdoor pet area. Overall a great experience.

The room had an unclean odd smell to it. The toilet and shower area was tiny and dirty. The shower was either very hot or way too hot. The breakfast area was better than most. This hotel was way over rated.

Absolutely love this hotel! My children and I were traveling to see my husband who works in the area and this was perfect! I was able to make him a home cooked meal which is such a comfort when you work away from home often! When he needed to get to bed the kids and I enjoyed being able to stay up without disturbing him. The pool area was great, all of the staff were very nice and the room was so clean! Liza at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! The only thing I will do differently when we stay again is bring my own sharp knife for preparing meals (the one provided got the job done so I’m not complaining at all!!).

Disappointed

Disappointed because we stayed here a month ago and it was really good. This time it was clean but there was an awful smell in the room. They did try and fix it for us but that smell was horrible. Room was clean and staff was very friendly but the smell made it bad.

It started great, with a friendly lady at the desk. The suite was roomy, but a bathroom door was wedged open—it would not move or close. The doors to a bedroom did not close right, and other areas looked worn, stained, with holes and in need of maintenance. One sink and tub didn’t drain well. I told the front desk very kindly the next morning. I was told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends but she’d call and let me know. No one came and I never heard from them again. The second night there was a child or someone running above me, I think, after midnight for quite some time. I tried the front desk and no one answered, so I tried pounding on the wall but not sure that did anything. I’m guessing my room has been a great place for oilfield workers to crash.
