Do not stay here

I wish I could give this property zero stars. It’s not really a hotel and should not be operating as such. There was no heat, no service, no taxis just an isolated freezing cold room in a strange location.

El horel es muy bonito pero la encargada es una mujer grosera que piensa que regentea un motel. Fui con mi mujer y dijo que si nos quedariamos un rato... habrase visto tal geoseria. No lo recomiendo para nada la gerente no sabe de hospitalidad

Es el mejor hotel en el area de Toluca Lerma, pequeño solo las suites tienen chimenea y jacuzi. Pero el lugar es hermoso.

La cama muy incomoda y ruidosa. La television no se veia bien y tienen una variedad de canales muy limitada. Dicen contar con cafeteria o deli, no lo vimos; y el dia del check in preguntamos sobre la cena y nos dijeron que nos podian marcar en la noche para ver si nos podian preparar algo (pero dijeron que lo iban a verificar). Al dia siguiente que decidimos adelantar el check out nos dijeron que sí tenian servicio 24 horas. Las instalaciones no son exactamente lo que indica en expedia, ya que no tiene sala de juegos/videojuegos, los jardines que existen ahi son areas comunes con un fraccionamiento y restaurante por lo que no esta completamente cerrado.

No cumplen lo que ofrecen en al hacer la reserva

En casi 4 años que tengo de ser socio categoría GOLD de hoteles.com ningún hotel en los que me he hospedado, me había negado alguno de los servicios ofrecidos en la reserva, reserve 10 noches (5 habitaciones por 2 días), al llegar al hotel y pedir me indicaran donde podía estacionar mi carro, me negaron el servicio al que tenia derecho, "estacionamiento gratis", diciéndome que no lo incluía mi reservación, les mostré la página de hoteles.com donde al hacer la reserva indica estacionamiento gratis y me dijeron que no me lo podían hacer valido, pedí hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que no estaba, que se comunicaron con ella y que no podía hacer nada, desafortunadamente nadie me pudo ayudar ni en el servicio al cliente de hoteles.com
