Unsafe hotel, rude staff, and suspicious activity I stayed here for less than 30 minutes. My car was tampered with while parked in their lot (sudden tire pressure loss with no puncture found). I didn’t feel safe and left immediately. Staff was rude and refused a refund. Worst of all, this was the last charge on my credit card before it was cloned. Avoid this place.

El personal fue amable y cordial. El encargado salio a nuestro encuentro para senalarnos la entrada al hotel. La habitacion e instalaciones impecables, las camas muy comodas y el ambiente muy agradable. La comida deliciosa. Mi unica recomendacion seria mejorar el senalamiento a fin de que los huespedes puedan localizar mas facilmente el hotel. Gracias

Las cabañas están muy bien cuidadas y las habitaciones muy cómodas. La atención es muy buena, super accesibles. Solo es importante que pidan les envíen la ubicación, porque google maps te envía por un camino terrible.

No encontraban mi reservación, al final si encontraron las 3 habitaciones y las tenían separadas pero no sabían cuánto fue la tarifa reservada, había 3 jovencitas cubriendo al encargado que no estaba, el estacionamiento es muy insuficiente. Si buscas el Apoyo de una aplicación como Google Maps o waze te manda por caminos de terracerías muy inaccesibles, siendo que se encuentra muy cerca de la carretera principal.

La propiedad fue muy difícil de encontrar. La dirección que dan no funciona. Me dieron por whatsapp un pin de locación y esa funcionó para llegar. Al ser dados la habitación estaba sucia. El baño tenía pelos y orín en el inodoro, no había agua caliente y el cuarto hace mucho calor, con solo un ventilador pequeño. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y curtidas. Contacte a expedía y los dueños no le contestan a expedía para responder. Fue una mal estadía
