Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to stay. High ceilings, great ocean views, clean and lots of amenities. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. 1 block to the beach and very walkable.

Great location

Loved this hidden gem! Clean, large and had everything we needed. Friendly staff and free garage parking. We could see the water from our balcony (when it wasn’t foggy). Only downside is it’s quite noisy, but this is not the property’s fault at all. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was great. Room was extremely clean. Property was quiet. The only issue i have is the heating on a timer so we kept having ti reset it every hour and woke up freezing. Thats the only issue. The place was great.

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We came to visit my son at Camp Pendleton. Perfect location! Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Easy to get transportation wherever you want to go. We had several different requests during our stay, from extra linens to help with luggage. Never any hesitation to help from any of the staff we asked! I would love to return and stay again, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

The property itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The unit I stayed in had a spacious patio with a slight ocean view The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. I appreciated their brochure that included helpful recommendations for local spots to explore. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Oceanside. I look forward to returning in the future!

This is an excellent 3 star property for many reasons: the unit is full size with working kitchen/full size appliances/all utensils/lots of counter space, simple process to order supplies, covered secure parking, we could see the beach from our private large balcany, check in was easy and Vivienne is a pleasure! It's about a 15 min walk to the pier and is on higher ground. Many properties situated along The Strand had flooded garages after bad weather. The only con for us was the on site washing machines are no longer coin, but require an app downloaded.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was everything we could have asked for in a beach rental! So close to the beach with a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. Checking in went flawlessly and all staff members were friendly and helpful. There was a work crew repainting all the railings at the property while we were there. They were polite and quiet - even the sanding was done by hand which allowed us to use the pool in peace. The pool was very cold (not heated) but I found it refreshing. The underground secured parking allowed us peace of mind when parking our rental and returning to our unit (sometimes late at night). We highly recommend this property.

Check-in information could be better. We stayed 3 nights. Second night we had terribly noisy people above us, stomping and shouting until 4 am. Next morning we asked if we could move to another apartment. The young man at the reception was very kind and understanding and we could immediately move (very far from our old apartment). Thanks so much!! The kitchen is well equiped. We loved our stay, except for the foggy weather!

Very clean, VERY spacious! Quiet surroundings. Small grocery on corner, next to THE CUP (awesome coffee, bistro, and apparently wine/beer in evening). Private area for pool, hot tub. Garage parking (wow!) and although it does not have open view to ocean... take a few steps and you are one block from ocean, boardwalk - depends on tide ... if high, short walk north along boardwalk to sandy beach above tide line.
