「Crashed at this scenic hotel after a LONG 10hr trip from FL to VA. Our room was super clean, the beds were so nice. We honestly crashed immediately 😅 didn't even get to check out the pool or the complimentary breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again.」

「Property under major renovation and not once was it mentioned on line or anywhere else. Literally walked through power tools, tarps, construction workers to get to the elevator. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. The coffee maker didn't have an accessible outlet to plug it in and the people who were sent to assist in resolving any of this did not speak English and were trying to translate on an app. We could still not...

「Nothing is a hassle here. The parking isnt a hassle. Checking isn't a hassle. Rooms are always on point. Love the art, the restaurants and the gym. The scenery looks good the people look good. This is my go to place when I want this crash in norfolk.」

「The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.」
