「We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause.」

「We arrived to the room at roughly 11pm. The room was filthy and smelled like urine. The floors were caked and each cushion had visible stains. The pullout couch had trash and brown spots. The bathroom had a brown smear on the wall and the lotions and soaps were opened. The desk and surfaces were dingy. We went down to the front desk to get a broom, mop, and bleach just so my wife and kids felt remotely comfortable. I cleaned the room and we layered the beds with extra sheets to sleep. It was...

「If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.」

「The bed sheets were stained. The floors were dirty. The coffee pot was dirty. The ac was nice and cold, the bed was comfortable. The stay was overpriced . Older place needs some cleaning done outside and updated.」

「Room door jammed when trying to get in room. Bathroom light didn’t work, had to take shower in the dark. Had to ask for towels, cover was thin as tissue paper!!!! There was a door leaning against the wall that was supposed to be replaced. Water in shower took forever to even get lukewarm warm. Room smelled funny!!!! Breakfast! What breakfast, granola bars, muffin and coffee! The whole place is OUTDATED!」

「Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.」

「The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine.」
