「Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!」

「Great Stay! I was a little concerned with past reviews but figured out that the bad reviews were from the previous hotel. This is a newly taken over Home 2 and what you’d expect from a great Hilton family! It is exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful Oceanfront room with a balcony, kitchenette and easy parking! Room was clean and staff was amazing! We will be back anytime we are in the Outer Banks area!」

「Great location near Manteo and NC‑12 and Pet Friendly Highlight was the staff at the front desk. They were personable and in terms of customer service they were excellent. Stayed here recently and really appreciated the great location — close to Manteo, NC‑12, and everything you want to reach on Roanoke Island. The room was clean, the AC worked great, and it was a comfortable place to land after a long day. The downside was the bathroom...the shower. was extremely small — not enough room to...

「The rooms were clean and the pools were clean. The only issue is the beach access. If you are handicapped or have bad knees the beach access is terrible. I fell twice.」

「We had a lovely stay. We stayed in the suite, so we were able to bring our pups too. The owners were so helpful in finding things to do, places to eat, and just telling us a little history of the area. Their breakfast was amazing too, with eggs straight from the chickens they raise! Overall, we had a wonderful time.」

「Adorable inn right on the water. Staff was super friendly! It’s an older building so there’s some reasonable “character” here and there but overall you can see it’s a well cared for. Its location is wonderful and we would definitely stay again!」
