「Great location next to beach」

「Great location and ocean views.The floor and carpet were not clean They did send housekeeping the next day and they corrected the problem.The bathtub was dirty and a stove eye caught on fire from grease. I probably will not come back to this property.It should be maintained better for my requirements..」

「So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. 「Blinds allow too much ambient light in at night, I could have read a book in the light from outside. Mattress way too soft. Shower shampoo was in a tiny little bottle and small face towel was very worn.」

「This room was not clean. The floor was so dirty that we went to Walmart and bought Swiffer floor wipes. That was the only way to keep the bed from becoming as dirty as the floor. There is no office on this site. The only good thing about this "Inn" was the area of its location」

「Excellent level of communication leading up to and during our stay. Our room was adorable! Though the room was small, it was very well planned out and completed every thing needed.」

When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? 「Bathroom floor was sticky and checked out at 5:30 AM and had to wait 10 minutes at front desk for someone to show up to check out.」

「Everything was above and beyond what we expected. Best vacation we’ve been on as a family in years. We slept great, breakfast was phenomenal and my boys and I stayed in the pool every evening! We will definitely be back in the future!!!!」

Dirty room (had to clean the floors myself), tried to charge more, tiny room & tiny parking lot, front desk person said I didn’t call the hotel (when I did), gave us 2 towels for 4 people, just 1 tiny trash can in the room. Believe me, the list goes on…it’s awful.」
