「This hotel manager and receptionist not kindness. They are only focus on money, not safety. I want to leave hotel early because of Debby hurricane and they don’t give permission. They don’t give me any receipt about early leave. They want to stay at hotel in hurricane and unsafe with my 3 children.」

「The dishes were dirty when we arrived from previous guests. The dishwasher did not work well during our stay and after running it 3 times the dishes were still dirty. The tub was clogged and backing up anytime we took a shower. The location was great and the view. 」

「I stayed here for 5 days for two work conferences. First came in to use bathroom and there was urine stains on the toliet. When you used all water systems, shower or sinks, it smelled like heavy garbage. Let's not mention the awfully bright light outside of every bedroom window at this hotel that makes it difficult to sleep.
