Location is good on boardwalk. Drinks and food at the pool bar and restaurant were good. Trying to get towels was extremely hard should not be the guests responsibility to try and get towels it was a joke. Parking wasn’t great there were only enough spots for about half of the guests at the hotel the other parking required you to walk a few blocks.

Ask for towels and washcloths and never got them but we did get hand towels. The next day ask for towels and washcloths; got towels. Had to use hand towels as washcloths. Never did get enough of anything considering there were four of us.

The location is perfect as far as beach and boardwalk but upon arrival finding the check in was difficult. Parking is limited it is a few spots at the building otherwise there is an overflow lot where you park which is still limited i did not want to leave and lose my parking spot while i vacationed. There is 1 elevator for 5 floors and it goes slower than molasses when i checked in after the stress of figuring out where they were and parking it was 20 min until 4 they told me to come back at 4 and i can get my key then. The room was clean tiles were broke in the bathroom the shower made a loud noise the coffee pot didnt work you couldnt change the thermostat but to only go colder than 70 the refrigerator had a terrible smell. The pool on the 5th floor had a ladder in it that i notified them the one step was cracked and they didnt fix it or even put a sign up it was cracked while i was still there for my stay.

Not the cleanest room we've stayed in, but I feel like it's a trade off when staying 5th and lower on the boards, you get convenience but give up some cleanliness overall. Our sink in the bathroom almost fell off the wall while we stayed 3 nights... BUT the AC worked we had ocean front and could easily get to the beach through the stairwell near our room. At over $400 a night during peak times, they REALLY NEED to start putting that back into the property. It's falling apart.

A suggestion. The upstairs pool could use some shade. the lower pool was full of kids and we just wanted to chill. But zero relief from the sun there. So really not a good 2nd option.

Had to ask for towels three times, outlet coming out of the wall, floors were dirty, and the back of the remote was missing. The faucet in the tub was rusting out. I’ve stayed here in years past so it was a disappointment to see how far let go they’ve let it go since it was a nice place to stay in the past. I had to leave early to do my husband being hospitalized and me needing to get back home (he was not apart of this trip) and the lady at the front desk was rude once she realized I was checking out up until she knew the reasoning why (which was none of her business actually). I also knew of 2 other parties leaving early as well that day (strangers may I add) which could’ve been why. Also I was charged a resort fee once I did get checked in after I thought I paid for the room in full, must’ve missed the fine print on that.

Love staying at this hotel, nice size rooms!!! The biggest downside to this hotel is the limited parking, and continuous searching for a parking spot, overflow parking is too far from hotel !!!!

Service was horrible a whole week no services finally on my last day I had to beg for someone to clean the room and they forgot towels when I called down it took an hr and half for them to bring me some. Room was nice but will never stay there again

Fire alarm went off at 5am the day of check out so everyone was exhausted. Then leaving the hotel the elevator button was broken and you had to wait 20 minutes just to get on.

The room was okay.. no bugs, but there appeared to be mildew or mold on the ceiling. Beds were just average. Showerhead needed fixing and was so high up, the water didn’t feel hot. Mini fridge didn’t keep food cold, so we had to toss some out. No daily housekeeping, only on select days. There was someone else's socks and trash behind the stand. The $15/day resort fee felt like a ripoff. The only real highlight was the pool and bar area, which were great. But overall, the stay just wasn’t worth the money. Probably wouldn’t come back.

There was alot of outside noise hard to sleep after 12 am … .. woke up around 5:00 am to alot of noise alot og metal bangging.. from 5 am-7:30 am. Did not rest and had a long way to drive back home.. i even recorded a video of how loud it was from my bed.. had no sleep and had to check out at 11:00 am . Staff and cleaness were great but i just wish they would had gaven me a more later check out to able to rest and my kids too . I will love to stay again bc of cleanest and space buy i dony know abouth the noice…

The 2nd floor pool was a good time. We spent most of an afternoon there. The Hook Up pool bar and grill is nice and cozy with inside and outside covered seating. The staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. Food was good. The side view room was good sized. 2 rooms and nice sized bathroom and kitchen area. Did not like that the floors are tiled which made for and uncomfortable feeling. Cold on the feet and the tiles are raised with bubbles like rounded sides. Flats smooth ones with rugs or carpet would of been better. AC worked well. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan so the ceiling gets when when shower from condensation.

The beds are super comfortable, the kitchenette was so convenient! I would bring stove top food only and microwaveable food because there is no oven. The essentials were there as well! Rooftop pool and second floor pool with restaurant was nice!!!! The staff was very friendly! I will definitely stay here next time I come!!!!!! Great weekend getaway for me and my family!!!! And free parking for guests!
