A very nice lower cost room

Beachfront room was spacious & comfortable, not luxury but not lacking anything. Staff were friendly & accommodating. As nice a place as you could want for the price! I recommend & would stay again.

This was a nice clean place convenient to everything. We were third floor ocean front, and really enjoyed the location and the views. It’s an older original OC property which definitely shows its age, but is more than adequate for a comfortable stay. The room was updated and clean, and the A/C nice and cold. Would stay here again.

We love staying at the Seabonay. The location is perfect for us. The boardwalk is one block away, on the quiet end . Don't expect anything fancy . These are clean safe rooms period ! Check in has moved to the Dunes .

Surprisingly Comfortable

This was a surprisingly comfortable motel! Check in was in the partner motel, but very quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were very clean and well maintained! Pool was very nice! Close to restaurants and half a block to the boardwalk. We will stay again!

The place is dated but nice. It's close to the end of the boardwalk and steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. They own several hotels so check in and services are done at a different hotel as the main office was closed.

Room was clean, no issues, staff came by with fresh towels when we needed them. Parking is super easy. Steps to the beach. Easy access to boardwalk and concerts. Staff made sure no one smoked on walk ways/balconies since its a shared walkway. Its nice not stinking from smokers when coming and going from your room. Much appreciated

The pictures are different from what the room looks like, But the hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I had to go to trouble checking in but one phone call and the staff directed me where to go. Would definitely go back.
