The Pros - the price, location to the beach and the pool. The Cons- the room was not as clean as you would expect, the bathroom was dated, the balcony furniture was not clean. Overall, if you are looking for someplace to rest while at the beach all day on a budget, this is the place.

Property was convenient for a last-minute stay at Ocean City. The room was clean and seems to be a semi-renovated. The bathroom was not renovated, and it is not appealing. The ceiling.

Price was great and 1 block from beach. Definitely could use updating the rooms with carpet it's very old paint chipping everywhere and bathrooms look like there from the 80s. Pool area could be cleaner but overall experience was good
