We stayed here before and I don’t remember the rooms being so outdated/dirty. I don’t know if because this time we booked through Expedia, they gave us the worst room or what. The bathroom had someone else’s fake eyelashes all around it, mold around the bottom of the tub, and the toilet seat was peeling and you had to hold the handle down forever to get it to flush. We were on the first floor facing another building and there was so much trash on the ground. I know you get what you pay for, but cleanliness should be standard in my opinion.

My stay was great until the toilet overflowed and had to move to a 2nd room in the other building and was not credited anything for the inconvenience of packing back up and moving to the other room in another building, in addition the internet was down which delayed receiving new card keys for the new room. I feel I should have been credited for at least 1 night for this inconvenience however management did not credit anything due to third party booking through Expedia, otherwise satisfied.

Broken entry door, parking garage full of people that were not hotel guests. Pool used again by people not hotel guest , the smell of weed prevalent in to wall and curtains . I would never recommend this place to anyone

Our check in process was a hassle because my husband did it in his name but he did not come with us so the front desk clerk was like why would he put it in his name if he wasnt coming saying this with frustration in her voice then she proceeds to say well I will see what we have to do to fix it. There was not enough washcloths in our room for the amount of guests in our room we booked a room for 4 and only had 2 washcloths then my daughter and I walked back over to the front desk as the phone in the rooms has no kind of directory on it to how to reach the front desk or anyone, so we went and asked for washcloths well they had none said they would have to bring some to our room later so we went to dinner and came back and there was 2 washcloths in a large trashbag tied to our door, then when we got ready for bed we noticed there was NO bed linens at all in our room for the pull out couch so once again I had to walk over to the lobby which let me remind you is not in our hotel building and I had to ask for bed linens then next day even though your check in papers say daily refresh of rooms we didnt know but apparently you have to put the tag on your door and flip it to say maid service so we didnt get any cleaning done and just so happens we seen housekeeping in the hall to ask for towels and washcloths only to get told they had no washcloths they would bring some which they never did. Long story short our stay was for 4 days and I had to go buy washcloths because we never got a

I thought the place was great! Just what we needed, nothing too fancy but comfortable and easy. Location is pretty great right on the boardwalk and the pools were very nice. Only issue was the AC unit wasn’t great and the fridge didn’t keep everything a good temp, some too cold others not cold at all. Other than that the staff was great, room was nice, view was awesome, and we will definitely be returning!!

"The place itself was very nice and had a lot of potential, but unfortunately, I decided to leave early due to concerns about cleanliness. There was noticeable mold around the tubs, sinks, and toilet, which made the environment feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. With better maintenance and attention to hygiene, this could be a truly great place to stay."

Toilet didn't work at all. They keep plugging it, but still didn't work. We have to go to the second floor to use public bathrooms. So sad. I suggest you take your own snake or plugger when booking this hotel. This wasn't the first time. But this time was worse.

Great hotel and right on boardwalk. Very clean room and housekeeping was great. The bar and grill on property was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Didn’t drive for the 5 day stay, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and activities. To walk down the entire boardwalk took about 25 minutes. Will definitely be staying again.
