I have never been more disappointed in a hotel - the hour I spent there trying to get a room (that I had already booked and was confirmed) was without doubt the lowlight and scariest portion of my trip to Oaxaca. We arrived at 9pm to check in only to be told they did not have our room, nor our reservation, nor any relationship with Expedia. It quickly became clear that this was a bad situation and they were attempting to charge us more. However, the room they claimed to be able to offer us was apparently one that did not lock and didn’t have hot water. After trying to call Expedia and not getting through, we elected to leave and stay at the next hotel we found…not an easy feat considering it was day of the dead and most hotels were at full capacity. Expedia should pay for my last minute hotel reservation and remove this hotel from the platform and ensure this cannot happen again - as a young woman, I felt incredibly unsafe and very nearly had to drive six hours home due to the failures of this hotel. On top of that, the desk attendants and manager with whom we communicated were rude and at times intimidating.

Se realizo la reservación con tiempo pero al llegar al hotel la recepcionista comento que no estaba la reservación y que no había habitaciones disponobles que no podia hacer nada cuando ya se habia realizo el cobro del mismo por el monto total

No agua caliente para bañarse.

Nos recibieron en la madrugada,personal amable. Cuarto amplio y limpio. Mucho,demasiadooo ruido por la mañana,de los huéspedes .se escucha todoooo,así no se permite descansar. Regadera sin agua caliente,se solito el apoyo en recepción,recamarera y nada, una hora esperando a q saliera agua caliente y termine bañandome con agua fría y para colmo la presión de la regadera horrible.
