"Front desk staff is fantastic, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Location is absolute, 5-6 minutes to West Edmonton Mall, also right on the hwy that leads to Jasper, and you can also walk to Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Costco, Tim Hortons and many other local stores and business. Hotel is quiet, there are two towers. Also offers breakfast. And its a very easy drive downtown and around the city. "

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites West-Edmonton Mall Area by IHG, is a good option for a hotel stay especially if you want to be near the mall, easy access to transportation (Uber), and for a good price,
My family and I enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay.
Firstly, the Hotel and rooms were clean, the front desk and staff were friendly and very helpful,
Not to mention there free complimentary breakfast, simple but helps you begin your day,
And if you wanted to stay at the hotel or did not want to go so far, there was a good amount of things to do inside the hotel as it consisted a fairly sized pool, weight room, and arcade/game area,
And a grocery chain and some restaurants are also nearby walking distance.
Overall, Holiday Inn by IHG is a great pick for a hotel to stay at during you visit at Edmonton, and I highly recommend it as I would love to bring my family back here the next time we visit."
"From the check in that was so fast to the moment we left the hotel everything was excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfottable but more importantly super quiet. Walls should be sound proof. We were not in the hotel at the time of evening snack to try it, but the buffet breakfast was perfect.
The hotel is very close to the West Edmonton mall and the best Persian restaurent in town - Taste of Persian restaurent. Both are only 5 min drive the hotel.
A big thank you to everyone in the hotel who made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. ☺️❤️
