"Valet parking was outrageously expensive and seemingly the only option. Every light save one was not working including the bathroom light which made things inconvenient to say the least. Asked for towels and they couldn’t even bring them to the room."

"A lady with obvious mental health issues kept playing the fire alarm after 10:30 PM on a Friday night firetrucks and police were called multiple times, not just by staff, but by visitors in the hotel, including myself, and they finally showed up and several times she kept continually pulling the fire alarm, and then I had sent a message to Expedia because I was towed by the manager Victoria that we would be compensated for Friday night and I’ve yet to hear back from anybody and this was on May 15 and it’s now May 21"

"The hotel rooms were in terrible shape for the price being charged per night. Bathroom needs significant upgrade. Water pressure from shower was poor, barely good temperature hot water. The pillows and bed were in horrible condition that I ended up with a sore right arm from the discomfort. Outside the hotel looks attractive."
