"Staff was great! Buffet breakfast was wonderful! Accessible room very large, but much too far from the elevators. Also, we needed two beds… It only had a king… Because of that I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The TV is not placed conveniently across from the sofa/bed - strangely laid out living room. Very nice having a small balcony with door that opened even if it was facing the train station.
We arrived on Amtrak and used the elevator and walkway from the train station as my 101 year old mother is in a wheelchair.
Wish there had been a restaurant with more than just sandwiches for the evening so we didn’t have to go out and about at night."

"If you are planning a trip to the Bay Area, I highly recommend booking your stay with them. It’s in a great location, easy freeway access, grocery stores & fast food restaurants are nearby. It’s a newer building, well maintained. The parking is secure, well monitored at night. We stayed for 6 nights and all of the staff were wonderful."
