「Our room was spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom had not been finished being cleaned apparently. Dirty towels left behind the bathroom door, floor not swept and the wall looked as it someone spilt a drink and didnt wipe it up. I asked for a mgr to reach out to me but heard nothing back. For $190 a night I expected a clean room. 」

「No lighted sign in front of Motel. and it was dark outside. No one in the office had to call to talk to a remote person. Asked for an extra blanket and it never showed up. The code would not open the door to our room so they had to change it to a different room. Dirty spots on the blanket that was also the bedspread.」
