"We have stayed here a few times since it opened. It is always clean and the facilities are being taken care of. Breakfast is very good. "

"The only thing that seemed cleaned was the bed. It did have fresh linens although there were cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was awful. Long black hairs in the shower, urine spots on the floor and toilet. The rack for the towels was partly torn from the wall and had toilet paper stuck in the holes in the wall. The sink had toothpaste and hair in it. The floors were sticky and had food on it. The worker in the front was not interested in helping the situation. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because it was a fairly nice area. Sooo disappointed.."

"Please note this property is not a hotel but a motel. Its a place where industrial workers stay passing through or at extended rates. Its located in the middle of food places waffle house, chicken fry, and McDonalds. There is some type of birds that dwell in trees surrounding building that makes noise sun up to sun down just loud for no reason. I was moved from one room to another (upgrade) due to pest in my room (cockroaches). It was nothing as I expected. The gym on site was out of order. The desk wasn't familiar of surrounding food places. Forney is a city that is still being developed perhaps I should have checked age of facility before choosing. I wont use this establishment again."

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was great very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good- all the pastries were individually wrapper, hot cinnamons rolls. The lady even made me turkey sausage for me since I have dietary restrictions. I would recommend this place & stay again. "

"I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. "

"This was on wonderful stay and the property is very clean, the staff is wonderful, and from top to bottom one of the best hotel stays we've had in years. The front desk is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast staff is on top of everything including keeping the area clean and restocked, and the maintenance staff was on point. They were even mopping the floors and wiping down the walls and buttons of the elevator multiple times in our staff. Very well run! I would highly recommend!"

"The location was amazing. 5 minute drive to restaurants and tons of shopping. Staff was awesome. We only had coffee for breakfast but everyone seemed to enjoy the selections. This will definitely be our new go to hotel when staying in the area. "
