"Where do we start. Nasty, dirty, run down, not safe, etc. Coffee maker inside bathroom, furniture broken and full of scuffed marks, linens not changed. We left four hours after checking in. Chose to sleep in the car."

"We were there during the snow storm in February. The heat in our room never went about of 68. It was cold in all of the common areas. We went to dinner at the restaurant and had to wear coats, hats and gloves. They ran out of comforters so we didn’t have a comforter for the pull out which made it cold at night. The restaurant ran out of food and then they gave us a list and all the restaurants on it were closed. We finally found an open one ourselves. The staff was snappy to guests especially the days we were all stranded there. They were definitely unprepared for hosting a conference during a snowstorm."

"Everything was cool. I was in town to sing gospel all weekend and everything was well taken care of. I don’t remember the guys name. It may have been Travis or something like that. He was real cool and was real great help. "
