"As a party of seven, six of us have never been to New York. This hotel was amazing. Close to Times Square the Broadway Shows, shopping, and a 10 minute walk to Carnegie Hall. The staff from the beginning to the end of our stay were friendly and inviting. The Bar on site had good drinks and very delicious menu items.The rooms are clean and serviced daily, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel even accommodated us to have connecting rooms that way, the little cousins could interact, and that is thanks to Rosa. "The room was very nice and the staff was overall lovely. The heat in the room did not work properly and my room temp was between 58-78 degrees with setting the thermostat at 70. Plus the heat rattled when one keeping me awake. There is a mini fridge but no microwave to reheat food. No coffee or tea service available in the room. Also, the pool is not easily accessible. "
