「在度假村裡每天都有員工親切問候、笑容和用心的服務，度假村前面的浮潛範圍真的很美，如果夠幸運還能看到小鯊魚和海龜。食物也很驚豔，每道料理的醬汁都很特別。親子、蜜月都很適合的環境。提醒來的時候 注意度假村提供的免費船班時間，不然是要額外付費。島上也有行程可以預訂，雖價錢不像本島上經濟，但服務品質和專屬小團旅遊的感覺很好！」

「I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Duta, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. He is an absolute asset to your hotel. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.
