「Felt very safe, great casino 」

「Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable.」

「Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet didn’t stay on and the top sheet and blanket were not the right size for a queen bed. Too small. The breakfast was toast and cereal. It’s like they weren’t trying. The coffee, however; was on early, was hot; and tastes great!」

「Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge」
