We had trouble with the tv in our room. The staff was very accommodating in getting to our concerns quickly. When unable to correct the issue, they offered options on how to proceed. We’d like to shout-out to Carol who addressed the problem quickly & made sure it was resolved to our liking. She was very kind.

The breakfast bar at the hotel was one of the best I’ve been to at a hotel in this price range and the property was very clean. My only complaint would be that the run was clogged when I took a shower, but that could be an easy fix.

There was an issue with the check in that was prepaid through your website. They needed an additional $25 for" incidentals". That is kind of crappy considering the money for the stay was taken out of my account 4 days prior to our arrival. Please rectify.
