「Second time staying here. Nice room with all the facilities you need. Bed a bit small. Getting in the property using the GOKI app they said to download didn’t work. Stuck outside for 15 mins trying to get it to work. All info requested entered but still said not checked in. In the end used the key code. All in all can’t fault it really, location right in the centre of Harrogate. I park in west park car park on tower road next to Travelodge as 24 hour parking for £9.00.」

「Great location for going into town. Parking around the corner …no A/c as looked like it just opened. Overall very good place to stay when in York! One piece of advice fans for their guests.」

「Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed for a one night stay and a close walk to city centre, would definitely stay again.」

「Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all.」
