「Less than 20 minutes away from the 12 Apostles viewing platform. We stayed for its closeness so we can take pictures for sunset and sunrise at the 12 Apostles. The hotel has good choices for dinner, and the kitchen staff even helped to make a very customized breakfast, completely off the menu! Very friendly and helpful staff, they provided sightseeing tips for a couple of less well known local attractions. A great finding for us!」

「The service we received was great from Ann. What happened was,the hotel.com showed the room we booked(family suit) actually has "two double beds" option, however, they do not have it at all. The family suits is always one double beds, one single bed and one double deck beds. This made me really upsets as the information which Hotel.com provided was totally incorrect. 「We booked a two bedrooms apartment and stayed 3 nights with 2 older children. Staff was "super" nice and helpful. The apartment was spacious with sitting room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and looked like newly renovated.
