"First time experience in this resort. Convenient location, safe environment, clean facility, pool with relaxing lounge chairs & lifeguard on duty. Walk downstairs to beach. Private lounge chairs & umbrellas in the beach area for guest. Shopping just steps away. The rooms are very clean, spacious with beautiful ocean view & phenomenal attention received from our room service (Beatriz). She made sure what our needs were and cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend this resort!"

"Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip! She was very nice and always attentive and had drinks to us the whole day. "
