「The staff at Peublo Bonito Emerald Bay was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Will say the time share folks who occupy a table in the lobby are overly aggressive when you initially check in so could have done without that. Other than that amazing atmosphere, incredibly delicious food and great drinks! Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Love the golf carts throughout to assist with getting around. We have an absolutely fantastic time and would highly recommend!」

「Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
