「This is the best hotel in Veracruz that is directly on the beach. Great staff, great location. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants and the best shopping malls in the city. We stayed two years in a row and will be returning next year. Highly recommend!」

「En general todo estuvo muy bien, excepto un incidente en la cena del 24, pues no respetaron los lugares que reservé y la encargada del evento intentó resolverlo con una mala actitud de servicio; afortunadamente el gerente intervino muy bien y la atención posterior de la gerente Karla fue excelente, para quien expreso mi gratitud y respeto. 」
