"Nice place. Rooms were clean. Bed was hard though. Nicer if there was parking or at least parking validation for the nearby garage. Was $200 to park 4 days. Staff didn’t want to provide extra pillows so that was crappy. An in room coffee would be better as well. Location was good if you want to be near bars and stuff but lots of homeless around. Signage for the hotel was basically non existent though…. I’m sure there’s nicer but for the price it was good."

"Wow! What a fun little get away from Portland to the real big special city of SF. From checking in with Kat, to room amenities and ease, room service attendants, bell boys always smiling and helpful .. I literally felt so recharged by the energy of the city and staff at Hotel Nikko. Will definitely return"
