"Love the Elm and I can’t say enough. Truly a Gem. Travelled with spouse came for 3 nights and ended up staying here for 5. We love the courtyard and the old charm of the Inn. The staff is super helpful and very nice. Rooms are very clean and quite quaint. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I was expecting a muffin and fruit and got so much more. There was premade omelettes, sausages, waffles, pastries or muffins, fruit, yogurt and granola. Of course, there was always coffee, juice, tea and sparkling flavored waters. To top it off, Between 6 and 7 every night they serve warm cookies. The location is within walking distance of downtown Napa. About 30 minutes walk to the river and the far end of downtown. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Napa. "

"I have been waiting for this pool to open for nearly a year. Keep bringing a bath suit bc they say it’s either open or will be open by the 3/6. Didn’t happen. No snacks and restaurants close early in the area. Also restaurants are extremely expensive. "

"The staff wasn’t able to find our reservation and had to wait for the manager to come which took forever. The picture of the room as advertised on their website has a balcony but it actually doesn’t. "

"The hotel is very central to restaurants, the Big Bus tours, and cable cars. Also a mile or two from the Marketplace, chinatown, bay cruises and lots more. "

"Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. The only down fall was the really small bathrooms and the 60.00 a night garage parking. Other than that it was a very convenient place to stay with kids since its located close to the wharf. "

"Yes this is a touristy area. But you go tell the sea lions, gulls and fishermen that. They dont care! Easy ubers, trolly, waterfront walking and up the hill from here is not horrible. "
