「The staff are very good , polite and responsive 」

「Das ist ein sehr kleines Hotel, aber die Lage ist genial. Die UBahn-Station ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt jede Menge Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Das Badezimmer ist im Vergleich zum Zimmer eher groß. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich fand es nur schade, dass man für das Aufbewahren der Koffer nach dem Auschecken 10€ verlangt hat. Diese Leistung sollte im Preis inkludiert sein. 」

「The staff was unbelievably welcoming and accommodating, best we have encountered, yet! The morning breakfast was fabulous and we were so spoiled with our daily fresh cooked crepes, eggs and cappuccino! The hotel is so wonderful with its architecture and quaintness! Room was immaculate at the location is perfect for dining and shopping.」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.」
