"I experienced nothing negative about the hotel for my entire stay. First room I checked in, the sliding balcony door was sticky, they had me change rooms immediately and provided a bag usher to help without asking. The staff all the way thru were a pleasant to deal with. Positive energy and professionalism. I cant wait to return."

"We got a corner room overlooking the main street, with the other window looking way down to the waterfront. Did not find it overly noisy. The balcony and views more than made up for it. The breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful. The staff helpful. Water pressure in the shower was powerful. Centrally located. Your meeting spots were only 10 min away. Would stay again!"

"The staff was friendly and professional. However, for the price, I expected more from the room. It was quite small, and the shower had not been renovated. There was peeling paint on the walls, holes in the ceiling, and overall, the finishes felt poorly done. The room also lacked a fridge, and there was no breakfast included, which was disappointing. You’re essentially paying for the location here. I would consider other hotels in the area."

"Vintage at home beautifully appointed rooms. You feel like you're coming to a warm nook it this beautiful city at the end of the day, not a cold hotel room. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. In hotel restaurant bar is micheline starred for a reason. Would stay here again and again!"
