Une chance la porte fermée le froid n’arriver pas jusqu’à la chambre. Pour un séjour plus confort, une salle de bain sans ce problème aurai rendu ce séjour très bien. 」

「Wonderful stay. Our extremely kind host, Arthur had perfect English. Large room for the three of us. Beautiful garden view. Crossants, tea, and good coffee included with our stay. Highly recommend. Only note is for seniors, many steps so ask what floor you are on. Would love to come back! 」

「The hotel was in an excellent location - a very pretty village, with a chateau and walks along the riverbank. Easy driving distance to Money’s garden in Giverny, other chateaux and beautiful countryside. It has a good bar and restaurant, with staff who are very friendly and helpful. The main building itself was very good, but the annexe along the road was fairly ‘tired’ looking, and lacked attention to detail. Several small faults including missing light bulbs, toilets broken, beds not made...

「A very charming host in an historic property which was a great base for the river and Giverny. Great value and some free French history thrown in. It is very much a bed and breakfast with a simple communal area. 」

「The people working here were very nice. The room was ok, but 1 window doesn't have a curtain, so we needed to close the shades on the outside, most other rooms used the same method, that gave a less nice impression.」

J'avais lu des commentaires avant, concernant la présence de moquette dans la chambre, donc cela ne m'a pas choqué, même si je n'aime pas ça. La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain un peu moins mais globalement propre. Il y avait quelques défauts de finitions dans les travaux effectués dans la salle de bain. 「The place was charming, immaculate & very comfy. Florence was very welcoming & served an amazing breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer. Great place to stay if visiting the Monet Gardens. Also, a great stopping off place on the way to the Normandy countryside. 」
