"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"The location was absolutely fantastic with everything we needed just a short walk away, and we really liked the convenience of the electronic entry system, no keys to worry about. The shower and kitchen were perfectly fine, too. That said, the room itself was a bit disappointing. "2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"
