「The staff were welcoming an accommodating as we had a very late check in. The room included a large refrigerator/freezer which would be handy if one needs a larger size. The bathroom sink area is limited in size. The pillows were very poor quality so I'd recommend bringing your own, otherwise ask for more. The breakfast items were limited in healthy choices, but if you're not picky, you would be able to find something. We just needed a place to sleep and an early check out so the StayInn worked...

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」

「BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. 」
